5-Star CB Joshua Dobson to Announce Commitment July 1 on Rivals Summer Signing Day
The top-ranked cornerback prospect will choose from four finalists, with Texas A&M among the programs in contention.
Five-star cornerback Joshua Dobson has set July 1 as his commitment date, announcing he will reveal his college choice during Rivals Summer Signing Day presented by Kelley Blue Book, a live national recruiting special airing on the Rivals YouTube channel.
Dobson, who attends William Amos Hough High School in Cornelius, N.C., is listed at 6-foot-1 and 185 pounds and is regarded as one of the top uncommitted players in the country.
Four Finalists Remain
The elite prospect has narrowed his recruitment to four programs: Auburn, Michigan, South Carolina and Texas A&M. Texas A&M has been identified as one of the favorites in his recruitment.
Dobson is ranked No. 11 among all prospects in his recruiting class, underscoring the significance of his commitment for whichever program lands him.
His announcement will be part of Rivals Summer Signing Day, a live recruiting event broadcast on July 1 via the Rivals YouTube channel. The event serves as a platform for top uncommitted prospects to publicly announce their decisions ahead of the traditional signing periods.
